PC started randomly freezing while using browser/watching discord stream

As title says, my pc recently started freezing for couple seconds randomly while using browser (chrome, but also checked edge and it was the same) or just today i discovered its the same for watching discord stream, app freezes whole pc for a brief moment, lets me move mouse a little bit and freezes again, only way to solve it is to ALT F4 the app and restart the pc, any solutions anyone? problem started to accur about week or 2 ago
