Issue -frame loss with GPU going 100%

Hello. I have an Asus ROG G14 Laptop with a 2060 Max-Q Design.

When gaming, CPU runs fine for the first minutes and then goes up to 100% utilization for 10-20 secs, with significant frame loss. It then goes back to running as usual, but the issue repeats every 4-5 minutes. This happens in every game.

GPU temps are around 86°C
CPU temps are around 97°C.

I already have a cooling pad, but the laptop is 2 years old.
Drivers are up to date.
