15 month old mild peanut allergy

Hello,

Recently my 15 month old has been getting hives around his mouth when he eats peanut puffs. During his well child check they did a blood test for tree nut allergies and all came back no reaction, or “clinical relevance undetermined” except for peanut and almond which came back class 2(moderate at 1.74), and class 1 (mild at 0.35).

My child’s PCP stated that if he’s had any of the nuts with no problem it’s okay to continue taking it. I requested an epi pen just in case, and an allergy referral.
He’s had no issues eating stuff that’s been touching peanuts, or a puppy chow that has actual peanut butter in it. PCP suggested Benadryl for a mild reaction.

What would Benadryl dosing be for a 15 month old who weighs 26 lbs 11.7 ounces?

Since he’s only had a couple hives around his mouth that goes away when his face is wiped cleaned, would it be okay to continue giving nut products in small amounts, or just cut them out completely ?
