Is BetUs a scam or not?

I recently started betting on BetUs and was very curious on why I couldn't do a payout of the money that I have won. Therefore, I went and blew the $350 dollars I won on a bet and ended up hitting $1500... Will I end up getting my payout and if someone could comment the process I have to do to be able to get it would be very appreciated... Thank you
