Issue with pack pricing.

I did not use Koinly last year, used another software. I was recommended Koinly. I went ahead and synced one wallet to get used to changing cost biases.

The wallet I synced has about 2k total transactions. 550 transactions this year ( 2023 ) and 1500 ish last year ( 2022 ).

When I go to select the package, it automatically puts me on year 2022 and the trader pack for $179.

When I select 2023, it still has the trader pack and icon by it. When I click says, due to transactions in this wallet I can not do a lower pack ( something like this, not infront of pc).

Is this because its not the new tax year and will change at the beginning of the year, where i can get the holder package. Or since that wallet has so many tx, regardless of previous year I am stuck at the higher price pack.
