Maths requirements

Hello everyone, i’m an international student from France and will study at UniMelb in feb 2024. I got accepted for the Bachelor of Arts with a major in Econ but i’d like to transfer to a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. The university told me that I had to meet the requirements for the bachelor by doing an online program in January-Early Feb or to take maths classes in person to meet the requirements. Which one is better ? 😊
