Augmented chords question

General Question

So I’ve been looking a bit into Prokofiev Piano Concerto No 3, and I was looking at the (i think) clarinet solo at about 2:20 into the first movement (Evgeny Kissin recording) and there’s an ascending D flat augmented arpeggio at the end of it. Why D flat augmented? Why not A augmented or F augmented? they all are enharmonically the same, but i want to know if there’s like a specific reason to it. thoughts?
