Anyone sued the club that gave you tinnitus

Hi, I got tinnitus from visiting a club back in January. It was fucking loud, I was in there less than 10 min and it fried my hearing. Yesterday I got a lawyer to sue the club operators.

I want them to pay for what they did to me and stop them from doing it to other people.

Anyone tried anything similar? Most people with noise tinnitus know exactly were they got it…
