Thinking about waiting two weeks instead of one

Been out with this chick four times, we’ve had sex twice. She was super touchy on our last date and practically tore my clothes off once we left the bar. I didnt stay the night because I had to be up early the next day, etc. Once I got home she was texting me, basically gushing about what a great time she had, making sure I got home safe, etc. I replied saying I had a great time too.

Couple days later she sends me some Instagram reel, I reply to it, and ask her if she’s free to grab food this weekend (the weekends are her only days off) and she basically just said no without any counter offer or anything. I said “Ok no problem, another time”

It’s now been a week and I know Corey says to wait a week and ask a second time (and no more than a second time lol) but I’m thinking about being more audacious and waiting another full week to ask again, just to give her more time and opportunity to reach out to me. Is this being too much of a cold fish?
