96 Dodge Dakota pain to start in the cold.

Have owned this 96 dakota for 2yrs now and still has the same issue. Summer time sometimes itll start and be ready to go, others itll misfire shut down, or misfire but straighten out. Sometimes itll do that immediately or 50mins into driving. Wintwr time im Having to idle at 4k for 5mins to be able to go anywhere when it's cold, and that's after 15mins of starting it, throttle as high as it'll go before immediately dying. Replaced fuel pump, plugs, wires, cap, rotor bug, iac, both coolant temp sensors, fuel pump relay, ads relay, coil pack, timing chain, and a myriad of others I'm probably forgetting. Even found a weird forum from years ago saying 1 pin on the middle computer block is bad and even spliced in a replacement. At a loss at this point.
