[TOMT][SONG] Song about a detective?

I listened to this song years ago (2018?). I think it was about a detective getting double-crossed or betrayed. I feel like it has eye in the name, but I’m really not sure. I know the album art was a blue megaman(?) or something similar, they had another song or album with a red version as well. Thank you.
