Am I crazy for this trade?

Trading away Mostert and raheed shaheed for Tony pollard.

Reason being is I’m 3-5 and fighting for playoffs.

Mostert is on bye next week and achane is coming back after bye so idk how that backfield will work.

Pollard already had his bye and to me is still worth taking a shot on.

Am I crazy?
