Is Bane worth it?

Had been saving my coins for Circe and didn't get her. However I got Bane, should I level him up for an Arkham Team (Bane, Joker, Penguin, Riddler and Ivy) or would a Red team without Circe still be better? (Flash, 2F, GG, UH, Halo)
