Age appropriate? (5 year old daugther)

Hello. My daugher has asked me for a tamagotchi many times, so i'm thinking of getting her one for christmas but i'm not sure if it will be too complicated for her. She's 5, will be 6 in January. Also, there's so many models now, I was thinking of getting her a classic one, but is any of other models more suitable?
