My Pc is stuck on blue screen and idk what to do. How can I fix it?

Every time I restart my computer it goes to the blue screen. I tried everything. Commands, resetting it, etc. resetting it doesn't work for some reason and it won't go back to normal. I think my pc is seriously done. Not sure if I can fix it but let me know what I can try.
