Why can't I ever improve my aim and gameplay in overall

I know y'all are tired of seeing the same typa questions again and again, but help a lad out.

I've been stuck in bronze 1 since this may or so 💀. No matter how much I try others are just better than me. I play twice a week only so I do take frequent long breaks. It's genuinely tiring to have more losses than wins, let alone bottom fragging. I blame my ADHD, but is there anything I could do to improvise???
