Experience with CareFirst HDHP

Hi all. I'm in the DC area and currently have the GEHA HDHP plan, but need to move to the BCBS/Carefirst network in 2024 for a very specific provider/procedure issue. I'm leaning toward the Carefirst HDHP plan and was wondering if anyone had any experiences with it? Is it basically like having BCBS as far as customer service, providers knowing what it is (occasionaly an issue with GEHA), etc.

I understand the benefits, costs, network, etc. differences so looking more for personal experiences good/bad if anyone has any.
