The Drukhari are quite different from the Pre-fall Eldar

The Drukhari have learned a lot. They are honestly a lot more different from
the Pre-Fall Eldar than most people realize. The Pre-Fall Eldar Empire
were a bunch of bored degenerates who spent so much time in
self-indulgence that by the end pretty much nobody was working anymore.
It was just indulge in orgies, kill for pleasure, sleep, repeat.
Meanwhile the Dark Eldar are a warrior society based around survival of
the fittest and the pursuit of power. A Dark Eldar can't spend all his
days in a drugged out haze like a Pre-Fall Eldar can, he'd be enslaved
or killed immediately. They're awful and evil but are well suited for
surviving in the harsh galaxy.
