Patch for Youtube to get rid of the god awful "You might also like..." search results?

I'm sure some of you have noticed that Youtube will often recommend entirely unrelated videos when you search for stuff, like I was searching for the game "OTXO" and I get what is basically softcore porn in my search results?? Would love to know if a patch exists to remove these, or if anyone plans on making one. Thanks :^)
