2020 Ford Escape SE Alerts Flashing

We have a 2020 SE. Several alerts flashed on the console
Pre-collision turned off
Hill Assist Start turned off
Traction Control turned off

have appointment at dealer today, and now the alerts are not showing. Will the mechanic be able to see a history of alerts? Mine was built at this factory but I guess not these dates? We never got any notice about this "customer satisfaction" program:
