What to do?

Hello, fellow internet strangers. I (21M) work as a bouncer at a pub at British Columbia, Canada and a few days back there was a new guy who joined us. My gut feeling wasn't good about him and I told about it to my fellow mates and everyone said " Knock it off " & " Don't be so judgy ", So I googled his name and saw a few articles about him along with his mugshots. This dude has set her ex's dog on fire while she was away at work, I showed this to my boss and he doesn't seems to care about it and ignored my words by saying "Everyone deserves a second chance" and that " people always change". I am from India and don't know much about the law over here and who should I complaint about this, plus I don't want to waste my energy and time for this alot as I have to study for my Uni was well.

So kindly guide me through this.
