Belgium - best insurance(s?) to cover different transitioning procedures

Hi, so I know from my psychiatrist there are special insurances in Belgium to cover you with basic transition procedures (afaiu formal psychiatrist to change gender legally, endocrinologist, hormones). What are the best ones in your experience. Then follow up would be - is there anything to cover me for FFS, laser, more cosmetic surgeries?
