How badly did I get spoiled on FF7/Rebirth?

I recently beat Remake and had a blast with it. It did a fantastic job at getting me attached to the main cast while also keeping the anticipation high for Rebirth. But unfortunately, when I was looking for explanations about chapter 18's ending, I got spoiled on >!Aerith's death!< and learned that >!Tifa saves Cloud when he's in a depressed state during a sequence that seemingly takes place in lifestream.!< I don't have any context on how those scenes play out though.

How much of the game has been spoiled for me? Would knowing that going to into Rebirth & then OG would affect my experience & enjoyment? Any answer without providing spoilers for the game would be greatly appreciated!
