I find myself in a situation where I anticipate substantial hospital expenses on the horizon. Presently, I hold the Citi Premier Miles card with 120k miles accumulated, and I recently obtained the Citi Rewards + Amaze card last month.

I would greatly appreciate your advice on whether it would be advisable to acquire another credit card and any strategies you may kindly suggest for optimizing my rewards.
