Being told BC consultants are the 'downgraded versions' of F&O consultants

Can't help but feel upset, are we inferior? We work equally hard and the projects I am on brings in a lot of money. Yes we dont have millions of dollars in one project like F&O but accumulating all my billings it is quite a substantial amounts within very short period of time. And my client eventually moved to F&O in other departments because of the rapport. (Didn't that mean BC team help to increase FnO revenue as well!)

I know I am not supposed to take it personally, but just let me vent my anger okay.
