Update from 2019 to 2023 or 24

We currently use SW2019 SP3 in a relatively small office (7 SW seats) and use the PDM Vault. We have lots of viewers throughout the organization that will also need to access the drawings using the vault viewer and eDrawings. We are considering updating to a newer version. It sounds like 2023 is pretty buggy. Is it too early to know anything about 2024? I hate to get the newest versions because they always seem to be crap until at least a service pack or two. For the record 2019 is working fine. Is it worth upgrading and what would be the best version to upgrade to? Thanks in advance.
