Been struggling to get staffed consistently as an A2 - are people likely to find out that I’m applying for other jobs?

I know I need to keep my options open, but a part of me really wants to turn things around and stick it out a while longer, and I’m scared word would get out if someone from a job I’m applying for reaches out to someone at my office
