Why does my Watch 6 pro die so fast?

In the last 4 or 5 days I noticed that my galaxy watch 6 pro is dying really fast. It used to last me about 40 ish hours, now I'm lucky if it last 20. Is this because of a recent update??

Also, I don't use the interface often (like open and use apps) I sometimes scroll around or look at my phone notifications but that's at. Also my always on display is off. (I sometimes turn it on by accident and so it drains it really quickly, but that's not the case right now.)
