Metro Atlanta Service for HVBJB?

I have a 2021 Premium AWD with Extended Range.

I've been reading about the high voltage battery junction box (HVBJB) recall #23S56.

I called the dealership I purchased the car from, and it was abundantly clear that the service advisor had no idea what an HVBJB was, where it was in the car, or why it was being recalled.

Does anyone know a service center in a reasonable distance of Atlanta that is actually familiar with EV's?
