Accupuncture thoughts?

Hi all! I found an incredible acupuncturist and I’m using her in my fertility journey, including now in IVF. I really do feel like there is some magic to what she does but it could be random. For example, I had a miscarriage and wanted my cycle to restart quickly but it wasn’t yet and saw her, and next day it started. Good luck maybe? Either way it helps me relax unlike anything else in the world. What do y’all think about accupuncture and how much stake do you put in things like “it can stimulate your ovaries and increase blood flow” etc?
