was your flowery order canceled too?

title. homestead location, space coast area. completely missed my delivery today with no call or anything. called support after and had sooo many people in front of me in the queue (never has happened before, always been put through instantly) and they said my order was cancelled via email… wtf… curious to know if this happened to anyone else
