I think I might relapse

I quit porn a few months ago cause I got a girlfriend. Now she's out of town. I haven't cummed in 2 weeks. As soon as a I glance at any thing I scroll away quickly so I don't get triggered but It's getting hard. I want to relapse so bad. Every being in body tells me to do so. But at the same time I know I'll hate myself if I end up ip doing it
