PC or PS5?

Looking into getting the game, and wondering which platform would be best. I have the choice between a 16gig RAM laptop (more specs can be provided if needed) and a PS5. Obviously I’d love the PC version for the mod options, but the PS5 would probably run and look a lot better. Tough decision so figured I’d ask people who have played the game which would be preferable in this trade off!
