Tua + Josh Jacobs for Etienne and Mattison?

I have Hurts as my starting QB, stashed Tua because I knew someone would need him. KW3 is my RB2. Have lots of WR depth and no other RBs, looking to grab Mattison in the trade as well so I can play him this week while Etienne is on bye. Thoughts?
