Can I still use these potatoes?

I like to make homemade french fries. Cut them up and let'em soak in water beforehand. Monday night I decided that I wanted some for the next day. Cut them up, put them in a bowl of water and stuck them in the fridge. Today is Wednesday and just realized that I forgot about them. Should I, could I still use them?
