Stuttering/lag on pc

I’ve played around 100 hours since release but not had a single issue. Since yesterday I’ve been experiencing really bad stuttering and lagging to the point it’s unplayable. I’ve tried all the fixes on here but none have worked.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
