Looking for Crown Transplant Specialist

Hey all! 39 M, approaching 2 years oral Fin/ topical Min and 1 year micro needling. Seen decent progress, but it’s becoming clear that I probably won’t make a full recovery. My front is fine but it’s my crown area that’s the issue.

From what I’ve read it seems like crown transplants are more difficult and many doctors don’t have many examples of crown transplants on their website. Does anyone know of a clinic that specializes in crown transplants? Or has anyone had good success with a certain doctor? Would love any help narrowing down a surgeon for a transplant!
