Daredevil broken? Nico?

Is anyone else having issues with DD and Nico since the patch? DD no longer sees the cards on turn 5. I get the little red outline, but I can't click on the cards and they have no transparency at all.

Having a similar issue with Nico. When she first comes in hand, she doesn't show which spell she's going to cast until I play her - leaving it a real crap shoot. Similarly, when I copy Nice with Iron Lad, I can't see what spell he's cooking.
