found mites & mold-- need a tank clean/substrate change

so i know you should never unbury molting/burried crabs, but i messed up using all eco earth for substrate and now have mold & mites. i spot cleaned but want to get rid of the mites by boiling everything and changing tje substrate. one of my crabs has been buried for a bit now, but my other three are finally up. should i just wait to see if the other comes up and put up with the mites? they aren't on my crab but i'm afraid they will start eating them. i'm 99% sure they are grain mites cus they only go after the food but it makes me nervous and i really want to clean/change the tank
