Bilt credit card low credit limit

Hi! I recently got approved for a Bilt credit card and got a credit limit of 2,500. I have one other credit card and always pay it off and was wondering what might have caused me to receive such a low credit limit? I live in nyc and my rent is about 2,000. Having such a low credit limit won’t be an issue for me but just was curious what the deciding factors are for the credit limit. Is it that I don’t make enough for a higher one? ( I make around 100k a year which might not be enough for where I live). New to researching credit cards to looking for all the pointers I can get!
