Granny stitch decrease question

I am making a Granny Pop pullover and on the sleeves. Decreases are optional, but I def want them. I just made my first decrease, but now I need to confirm how the next row will work. Am I to work a DC cluster in between the decrease space is (where I stuck my hook in the pic)? Or just hop from the right cluster space to the left one?

I’m a native knitter and this is my first crochet garment and it’s the first time I’ve ever decreased a granny stitch so it’s not making sense to me 😆
