[Massachusetts] UEA after resigning due to dependent care issues?

[Massachusetts] Question

Hello, to make a long story short my husband had to leave his long-term job to care for our kids. I started a new job and we had a nanny for our 1 year old which we couldn’t afford to begin with but there are NO daycare spots for infants near where we live. She quit and her last day was the Friday before I started my new job. So my husband took PTO, then work said he could do a 40 hour week on a flex schedule. It was just too much. He tried for a month but he has the kids all day and can’t work all night. So he took a month unpaid as we tried to find a solution. He offered to go back part time and they said no. He had to voluntarily resign. Is there any possibility he will get approved to unemployment? Massachusetts has some language saying you might be eligible if you are forced to resign for dependent care related issues. We’re just in the worst position. The one place that might have space in a few months is $2,800 a month for full time care. UGHHHH
