How can I have kittens in Cattails Wildwood Story?

I'm currently married to Talon and have obtained all four rings in the relationship status bar. Do I have to buy another trinket to propose having kits? Or do I have to wait for a specific dialogue option to pop up?

Thanks in advance :)
