Why do mom makes me wear my bra even at home

I’m 14, bra size 34E. She says I need good support and coverage and so got me high quality bras like that. I don’t like them that much. Although they freed me from a mild back pain I used to have, such bras are somewhat uncomfortable and really hot. And since they have 3 or 4 hooks, they are hard to put on.

Mom is really loving but was decided I had to wear those bras. Since I’m not a rebellious teen, I gave in to her and promised to wear them as she wanted. But she wants me to wear them even around the house and I think this is over the top.

Yesterday when I got home I took a shower, put on a baggy shirt and no bra. I was in the living room when mom came, noticed I was braless and told me to put it on. I complained, said mom I’m home and it’s hot. She was like I know hun, but put it on anyway. I’m hot too and I’m wearing mine. You better wear yours. I was like ok just s moment and kept postponing, postponing. She didn’t get angry, was even understanding. After some minutes she left and I thought she had given up. But then she came back holding one of my bras on her hand and said come on hun, let’s put your bra on, I’ll help you. In he room there were only the two of us. She took off my shirt and put the bra on me. And was like now it’s OK.

I got s bit angry but didn’t fight. She kissed me and said keep it on hun? OK. I nodded she’s a physiotherapist and went to see her patients. Before she left I asked her mom how do you know I’ll keep my bra on? Her answer was something like im sure you will, you’re s good girl do you won’t do this behind my back. And in fact I obeyed A bit upset but not in anger. I know mom does that out of love

But she goes overboard, doesn’t she? I see no point in making me wear my bra at home.
