What is the material on the back lid of the Z10, Z30, and similar phones?

Years ago I had BB Z10, which was an awesome phone and I still miss it. Z10 had soft, non-slippery material on the back which was so elegant. I'm looking for what is this material is called, I'm using iPhone nowadays and I'm not too fond of the feeling of the most phone cases on the market and looking for the same/similar feeling which existed on Z10
