What quick upgrade on low budget

Hey guys,

My friend earns part of their income through streaming and recently the PC isn't able to handle it and is lagging or crashing entirely. She's on a very low budget of maybe $100 max to continue her streaming income. I'm not the best computer expert and tried suggesting maybe getting another 8gb ram stick that could help? otherwise I've tried recommending saving up for a newer maybe 2nd hand PC.

8 gb Crucial DDR4 2400mhz single channel (CPU-Z says uncore frequency 3291mhz, Dram frequency 1196mhz, not sure what that means?)

GTX 1060 6gb

500gb SSD

1TB HDD
