Sediment ciliates

I have a sediment sample with a lot of these ciliates. Does anyone know the genus or species?

- Sediment sample in trench slide, 4 days old

- Olympus BH2 microscope, Zeiss Neofluar 25x Ph2, phase contrast

- Extended Zeiss kpl 8x ocular, Canon EOS 1100D
