fps problem

newish player here, ive played my smite paladin up to lvl 70 at this point and noticed sometimes (about 10% of the time) when I grab the +100% crit chance shrine or when I use volatile reversal the fps drops from 120 to 20fps and stays there until I tp out of the zone, is anyone else experiencing this and/or is it a bug? ive got an above average pc and it runs perfectly when this happens so its definitely not that.
