Can we all just be civil

Feels like there is a fraction of the gay community who want me to be responsible to validate them. Most people who don't consider themselves homophobic are happy for lgbt to do their own thing but there's so many people I'm seeing on reddit who make me feel like it's Mt responsibility to validate... I don't even understand ye yet!
