AI Certifications - recommendations? Worth it?

With all the buzz around AI, I am trying to learn more on the job/evolve to match my skillset to what product management will look like.

Do you have any recommendations on specific AI certifications or resources that might help me grow more in this capacity? Mainly, I want to try to learn things that I can seek to apply into PM asap.

Thanks all!
